Yes. We have created an accessibility button on the top left-hand corner of each page. This gives you options about how the website is displayed. Many of our new blogs also come with audio description readings for those who have trouble reading them, and we’re working on the rest. If there’s anything else we can do, email us to let us know, and we’ll give it our best shot.

Contact a member of the Jozara team and we will arrange to stop the clock on your membership for up to 9 months. Enjoy your tour and pick up membership again on your return.

If your circumstances change so that you can no longer reap the benefits of being a member of Jozara you can cancel at any time. Membership will end on the day before your next direct debit is due. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any part of membership fees already paid.

If your chosen seminar has been filled, alternative dates will be available, and each seminar will be repeated several times throughout the year in different locations for your convenience.

Book well in advance! Numbers at each seminar are limited so that we can ensure each delegate is given proper attention. We always ensure there’s enough on offer for everyone to get what they want though.

Yes. We’d be happy to develop a membership package to suit you if you find that none of the available options fit your specific needs.  And whatever you choose, you can pay whatever you feel is right for our service.

The Jozara telephone helpline has been set up to handle this very question. Call 07791 805148 and explain your situation to one of our team, who will be able to guide you accordingly. If you have a suggestion for a seminar that is not yet created, use this number to suggest it and we will look to build it into our curriculum.

Also, our premium Red Carpet members get four personal coaching and mentoring sessions each year to help answer any questions. Get in touch to book them whenever you want.

No. Jozara is dedicated to helping performance professionals to succeed in their field. Legal and accountancy support can be provided by our approved partners who are monitored to ensure they deliver excellent service in line with the Jozara ethos. Go to the Join Jozara page of the website and pick your plan to sign up for membership. Then simply fill in the form and you will get an account login through which you can access all our articles, events, discussion boards and more.

4 seminars of your choice, per year. The seminars on offer include Fundraising, Tax Returns, Marketing, How to talk about yourself, and more.

The main plans on offer are the Rehearsal, performance and Red Carpet packages. If you feel these packages don’t meet your needs, then email us on hello@jozara.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do for you!

How much does membership cost?

Whatever you think is fair, or whatever you can afford. We offer you the option to pay what you feel your membership is worth. Our prices are guidelines only, so see what you get out of being here and then decide what to pay. Find out more on our membership page.
